1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• In case of high demand or stock issues, processing may take additional time. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Timeline

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking ID on your email or WhatsApp/SMS.
• You can track your parcel directly through the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, contact us.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided is:

• Incomplete
• Unreachable

Customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges (if applicable).

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make 1–3 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the package may return to us.
Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Leaked Products During Delivery

If you receive:

• A tampered package

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
